Fresh Flower Arrangements:
We make every effort to reproduce arrangements as closely to the photo as possible but since every bloom is unique and some flowers are available only at certain times of year, we will substitute unavailable items as closely as we can with blooms of equivalent value.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a fresh flower arrangement, a replacement will be made available under the same shipping or pick up instructions as the original order. Contact us at flowers@olneysflowers.com with your information and the Netticket number from your invoice.
Nursery Plants:
You will be provided with a purchase receipt and return policy booklet when you purchase a plant that is eligible for our 1 year (365 day) replacement guarantee. If your plant dies or fails to thrive after you have followed all of the planting and care instructions, bring it back in its original container along with the receipt and we will provide a replacement. Not all nursery plants qualify for this replacement policy. Ask your customer service representative for clarification at time of purchase.
